Contact us on WhatsApp within the applicable window. Include dutchiptvmax, your order date, and an order reference if available so the payment can be located.
Bonus months on an annual plan do not change its refund request window. The policy follows the twelve paid months, rather than the total viewing period including the bonus.
An app bought separately is covered by that app provider’s refund terms. Any statutory rights you have remain in place alongside this policy.
