Your order specifies the paid duration and the number of screens you may watch on at once. Plans let you watch on one to five screens at the same time. Installing a player on another device does not increase that allowance.

Extra months offered with an annual plan extend the viewing period. The paid duration remains twelve months and determines the refund request window.

Access is for personal use. Keep your login details private. A subscription does not permit resale, redistribution, or public exhibition of content.

You need a suitable player, a compatible device, and an internet connection. Annual plans include one year of IBO Player Pro. Other app purchases and internet charges are separate from your subscription.

Available content can change. Playback and picture quality also depend on your connection, device, and player. Not every program is available at every resolution.
